Staff leasing is a service where Nordrec leases an employee to a client company. The client gets the staff they need without hidden costs; you only pay for the hours the employee actually works.
Staff leasing is an excellent solution for holiday replacements, project resourcing, production spikes, seasonal work, and other temporary increases in labor needs.
Staff leasing can also be used when a company is unable to increase its own headcount or lacks recruitment authorization, but still has a need for workers.
What does the client get? — A qualified employee for the role, with all statutory employer obligations handled by Nordrec, plus our support throughout the employment relationship for any related matters.
What are the client's responsibilities? — Occupational safety, daily supervision, and approving work hours.
How much does it cost? — Pricing is based on the employee's salary, the collective agreement, the required profile, and volume, so you will get an accurate quote once we know your needs better. Hourly rates typically range from 17 to 50 euros, but can be higher or lower depending on the situation.
