Executive search refers to a service where potential candidates for a role are approached directly by Nordrec without public job advertising.

Both recruitment and executive search always begin with a client meeting to review the requirements for the role, as well as the client's organization and company culture.

What does the client get? — Candidates suitable for the role who have been interviewed, have had their references checked, and who genuinely want to work for you.

What is required from the client? — 1 hour for an initial meeting, 3–5 hours for interviewing candidates, and making the hiring decision.

How much does it cost? — Pricing is based on the profile being sought and the volume, so you will get an exact price once we know your needs better. Recruitment fees typically range from €2,500 to €7,500, and executive search fees range from €7,500 to €10,900.

Staff leasing

Staff leasing is a service where Nordrec leases an employee to a client company. The client gets the staff they need without hidden costs; you only pay for the hours the employee actually works.

Staff leasing is perfect for holiday replacements, project resourcing, production spikes, seasonal work, and other temporary increases in labor needs.

Staff leasing can also be used when a company is unable to increase its own headcount or lacks recruitment authorization, but still needs extra hands.

What does the client get? — A worker suitable for the role, with all statutory employer obligations handled by Nordrec, plus our support throughout the employment relationship for any related matters.

What is the client's responsibility? — Occupational safety, supervision of work, and approval of working hours.

How much does it cost? — Pricing is based on the employee's salary, the collective agreement, the required profile, and volume, so you will get an exact price once we know your needs better. Hourly rates typically range from €17 to €50, but can be higher or lower.

Competency assessment

By choosing a competency assessment for your recruitment process, you gain objective information to support your hiring decisions. We use AON Assessment methods, which are backed by strong research.

Testing is a service where the candidate completes work personality and motivation questionnaires, along with ability tests tailored to the client's needs.

Personnel assessment is a more comprehensive service that includes both testing and an in-depth structured interview. We will work with you to determine which tests and assessments are best suited to your specific situation. In both services, both the client and the job seeker receive feedback on the tests.

What does the client get? — Peace of mind that the candidate is likely to be a good fit for the role, as well as tools for daily management, motivation, and career planning.

What is required from the client? — Participation in two meetings: the first to review the competencies and skills to be assessed, and the second to go over the assessment results.

How much does it cost? — The testing service is €550 per person, and the personnel assessment is €1,100 per person. For larger projects, please ask us for a separate quote!

Outplacement and change security services

Change security is mandated by law. If a company employs more than 30 people, it must provide employment-promoting training to any employee laid off for financial or production-related reasons who has been employed for over 5 years.

We offer change security and outplacement services designed to coach laid-off employees in job hunting and to promote concrete steps toward re-employment.

The package is tailored to the individual's needs, with a focus on rapid re-employment.

International staffing and recruitment
