NORDREC PREMIUM is a recruitment service that, in addition to traditional recruitment/headhunting, offers the new hire, their team, or their future manager a 4-month coaching program designed to facilitate the employee's integration and commitment to the organization.
The coaching is provided by Katja Mattila from Evec Oy. Katja is the CEO of Evec as well as a solution-focused coach. Key areas of focus for Katja in the workplace include shared leadership, improving teamwork through effective communication, easing the workload of managers, and retaining talent within the organization.
What does the client get? — An employee who is likely to adapt and commit to your organization better than one who is not offered this coaching.
What is required from the client? — Commitment to the coaching and an understanding of why it is beneficial.
